What you get a score for
- Pace. How quickly and directly you act: deciding fast and speaking up, or taking your time and weighing things up.
- People focus. Where your attention goes first at work: the people and how they feel, or the task and its details.
- Thinking of how you usually are at work or school, how much do you agree? Tap one of five answers for each statement. There are no right or wrong answers.
- Answer for how you usually are, not how you would like to be. Your first reaction is usually best.
- You can go back to check or change an answer. The last question asks your age group.
