Terms of service

MindScale (mindscaleiq.com) is run by Lightning Deals LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

What MindScale is

MindScale offers an online test made of pattern, number and word puzzles, and an estimate of your score on an IQ-style scale. It also offers seven self-report questionnaires: a personality test (Big Five), an emotional intelligence test, a career interest test, an attachment style test, a love style test, a work style test and a nine-type personality test. Their results show where your own answers sit on each scale; they are for self-reflection and are not clinical, diagnostic or hiring assessments. MindScale is an online estimate for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a clinical or diagnostic assessment. Do not use it to make medical, educational, hiring or other important decisions.

$2.95 today for 7 days of full access. Then $29.95 every 4 weeks until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account.

That is: $2.95 charged when you buy, for 7 days of full access. Unless you cancel before those 7 days end, your subscription renews automatically and $29.95 is charged then and every 4 weeks (28 days) after that, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. You agree to these terms by ticking the box above the pay button; we keep a record of that agreement.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, in two clicks from your account, through the cancel link in any receipt, or at mindscaleiq.com/cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the subscription policy.

Refunds

If you are not happy, email lightningdealsfl@gmail.com within 14 days of a charge. See the refund policy.

Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Solidgate. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank statement shows the charge from MindScale or Lightning Deals LLC.
