The payment form won't load or my card was declined
If the payment form doesn't appear, or your payment doesn't go through:
Things to try
- Reload the page and tick the box again.
- Check your card number, expiry date and security code.
- Try another card, or ask your bank whether it blocked the payment.
- Turn off browser extensions that block scripts, then reload.
If you were charged but your results didn't open, they usually unlock within a few minutes. Reload the page or check your email. Still nothing? Email lightningdealsfl@gmail.com.
