How do I cancel my subscription or trial?
You can cancel at any time, during the trial or after it, in either of two ways.
Option 1: in your account
- Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout.
- Under Membership, choose “Cancel subscription”.
- Confirm with “Yes, cancel”.
Option 2: by email link
- Open the cancel page and enter the email you used at checkout.
- Open the email we send you. The link in it works once, for 7 days.
- Choose “Cancel my subscription”.
Every receipt also has a cancel link.
What happens next
- You won't be charged again.
- You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- We email you to confirm the cancellation.
